They were quick to assist me in booking my car in, and despite being busy the morning of, none of us customers waited very long. My car is driving much better servicing a car in 2022 is painfully expensive but the quality of the service made it slightly more bareable The gentleman who assisted me a Mr. Ramklown was friendly and knowledgeable, breaking down answers to the various questions I had, pertaining to my vehicle's repair.

Took my car in for service, no one attended to me until i got out of my car to look for assistance. During the wait for someone to pick me up the coffee machine was not working so. No feedback was given to me in the process of waiting for my car. Not good

Great, actually exceptional service received from Angelique. She was very helpful, patient and got me the best deal and a beautiful vehicle. Aarisha put the cherry on top, very professional and she too was able to negotiate great finance for me. The ladies were awesome, kept me on the loop every step of the way. Just after we enterer Stage 4 Of Covid19 Lock down I contact the dealership and ask if I can bring my Hilux in for a service-Nadine took the call and the arrangement for the servicing of my Vehicle was done professionally. The morning of the service we entered the premises with a little held up due to the malfunctioning of the Heat scanner at the entrance gate - no train smash- technology not always that reliable - on entering the Service station Teressa took control of my vehicle and she kept me up to date with the progress/and completion of the Service. On Collection - paperwork was handled professionally - Mask was worn and before handing me my keys for the vehicle - the assistant sanitized the vehicle after removing all protection sheets from the seat. A day of two later they phone me from the dealership to find out of i'm satisfied with there work/service. - I'm impressed and satisfied Thank Carnival Toyota for your support and service- keep up the excellent performance

I came to bring the car on the 14th for 75000km service, all was good. However something was wrong with the brakes after the service I called Ramash the service advisor that was helping me, and he said I should bring the car on the 18th at 9am. I arrived at 8:58 and the service foreman drove the car to diagnose the problem. And Ramash told me that they able to fix the car on 20th, i told him that I wouldnt be able to wait for so long because i was leaving for Vaal. Ramash managed to speak to the people that were supose to fix the car and it was arranged to be fixed on the same day and i asked should I go home he said no I can wait it should take an hour, of which I didnt have a problem, what made me unhappy was that I sit there at the dealership for over 2 hours without be attended too and on one bother to inform whats taking so long... Ive never recieved such poor service previously... My time was wasted I could have went elsewhere to prepare for my jounery going home to the Vaal while i was waiting for the car to be fixed. The problem of the car is still there, no difference at all.

I dont regret having this as my go to car service spot. Good service, your car gets assigned a person who calls and updates you on any changes so you get no surprises. They have a shuttle for if your going back to work or home, just check their radius first. The entrance can be tricky but just follow the signs and you'll find it.
