Casa Portuguesa Restaurant

As usual a wonderfull pitstop on my way to either Gauteng, of into Mpumalanga. This cosy yet simple family run institution has fed me endless portuguese cuisines over the years, the service is alway good and its just down the road from the N4 freeway, instead of having the same old happy meal, stop over and have an amazing meal... yumeeeees

We enjoyed Christmas lunch. The food was absolutely delicious and fresh!! Just wish you had more options on the desserts - maybe buffet as well Normal Sunday lunches has the same problem - one would like choose and not have only 1 option either/or Music was very loud could be that we were very close to the speakers Thanks for setting the tables with Christmas theme ... that was a treat Overall a pleasant experience

Food was delicious as always. The dessert a little but short on variety and extremely small portions. Perhaps creating a vibe with some portugese music, could brighten up the place.
