Despite its franchise status, this establishment exuded a charming small-town ambiance, creating a welcoming and congenial environment. Our waitress, Lerato, exemplified a remarkable level of kindness and affability, a departure from the customary experience one encounters in the bustling city. Her attentive and gracious service added a touch of sweetness to our dining experience. We extend our sincerest gratitude to Lerato and the entire staff for their instrumental role in making our brief visit an exceptionally memorable one. The approach of the staff is so beautiful they were so welcoming they put smiles on their facesthey offered me a table and a menu. My waitress was so polite. My order did not take time and it was my birthday , I enjoyed myself. By the way, I was going for breakfast the place is clean, well arranged & sparkling . The food was super nice. I even took a takeaway. Amazing and exceptional!, The whole experience from start to finish. Very tasty and well prepared. Emmah is always so friendly and kind. The Manager is so friendly with the guests and always takes care to offer the best quality! I highly recommend this place.
What a wonderful place to start your day, l just had a wonderful breakfast with my son. The warmth and the friendly atmosphere in that place is out of this world. Ellen is welcoming , patient and friendly. She provides a service with a smile always. She made our M&B experience one of the best and because of that I will always recommend this restaurant to my family and friends.
Today me and my dad was at mug and bean. Our waiter Was Thobeka she was nice and kind. I love the giant chocolate chip cookie. The decorations was nice.Food: 5/5

The service was quick and food tastes better. I love Alabama chicken every time am at Mugg and Bean and the one I had was made to perfection. Our waitress Mbali was helpful and friendly.

My mom and I had lunch here the other day. Nolwazi was our waitress and she was absolutely fantastic! Super friendly and full of life! Food was also amazing as per usual. Ps. I could drench my salad in that poppy seed dressing!
