We were here for a corporate event. The grounds are large and offer great views. The staff is amazing, and the food was absolutely incredible. This would be a wonderful place to have a wedding, with quite a lot of cabins for guests to stay. Or for a corporate retreat. Many of us stayed off-site, in some hotels 22 minutes away, as the idea of bunking with coworkers wasn't for everyone.
Stunning grounds with an amazing events team. I have been planning floral decor with my clients for a year now and cannot wait to design on the mountainside ceremony location and elegant barn space! Highly recommend booking this amazing venue for your wedding!
What a special place. Feeling like you're in the mountains. Amazing barn reception space. We are a Hollywood Smile Photo Booth and we have a wedding party here tonight. Photo Booth is a great addition to the wedding celebration. So much fun. Wantbto mentioned amazing fireplace that smells perfect
I went for a romantic winter getaway with my boyfriend and it was outstanding in every way. From the attention to detail, to the food, the staff, the property itself... It was amazing. We really appreciated how the staff accommodated my bf not being able to drink alcohol. And the private lunch to make up for a miscommunication regarding the private dinner was so, so lovely. It was a truly memorable experience and I can't wait to stay again. Thank you, CLE!
I went here on a work retreat and what a magical place! Beautiful grounds that are just breathtaking and incredible food that is good and consistent every time. The staff works SO HARD. I do hope they're paid a living wage because they really hustle. Loved staying here. My only critique would be that it is not wheelchair accessible at all, especially the entrance to the barn.
Cedar Lakes Estate was an incredible, one of a kind wedding destination venue that was unlike any location we have been to. Our company, DLE Event Group, provided entertainment here in August 2021 and was honestly blown away by the beautiful grounds, unique spaces, and the on-property individual cabins where guests stayed for most of the week leading up to the wedding. Very nice! The couple wanted a blend of DJ and Band and our Hybrid DJ Band did just that. That our favorite offering. The weather has was stunning and the people in attendance came to truly celebrate without holding back - we even had an after party! Might I add that the steak that the chef cooked during reception might have the most tastiest steak and sauce I have ever had in my life - I know a bold statement. Highly recommend this location to the destination couple looking to WOW their guests. Well done Cedar Lakes!
Weekend wedding full of events. Beautiful grounds and very nice party rooms. Although rustic, the wedding dinner was very nicely set. Food and service were top notch.
What a beautiful place with wonderful accommodations. The staff was gracious and friendly and super helpful!
Horrible customer service. The two owners were extremely rude and disrespectful and treated us like absolute peasants. They used racial profiling because it’s a private establishment technically they legally are allowed to do that since it is private property. Never again, absolutely not.
My boyfriend and I traveled to Cedar Lakes for four days and we had the best time. Every single detail was planned out from our arrival to our departure. The rooms are not only stunning but the beds are so comfortable and will want to make you sleep for days... You won’t want to though because then you will miss out on the most amazing curated meals. We were blown away by the food! The pastry chef, Becky was amazing and all of our meals were flavorful and tasteful. We personally loved the braised lamb with gnocchi. Along, with their seasonal cocktail list. Another highlight was the wonderful accommodating staff. They were welcoming, friendly and due to COVID times they took precautions very well. We felt safe and comfortable the entire trip. Our server Aiden was the man and we looked forward to seeing him each night. Chrissy was also very helpful every step of the way with planning adventures, massages or an intimate date night on the mountain. The property is stunning. Lisa + her sisters went above and beyond with every small detail. It’s gorgeous and they really care for their property, staff and guests! If you are looking for a relaxing, comfortable, peaceful and quiet place to visit then Cedar Lakes is your spot. We had an amazing time and we can’t wait to go back during the summer season :
