I hv 3 mutual friends whs complexes are under these guys' management. Seems our complaints are the same. Pure Mafia style intimidation via emails by Wallace. Have been illegally debited for a levy 3 months after selling my property. This has been acknowledged by the finance department. I am now being asked for details to verify myself for the refund. These guys are a joke!!!
Very slow and unprofessional!! I have paid to Angor 3 months advance payment to get a levy clearance certificate to have my property transferred in last Oct and I still have not get the refund yet of around 15k. If u want to buy a property, always double check who is managing that property. Worst service ever!!!
USELESS! 5 Months since storm damage my full property , they Its really been a nightmare working with anyone in this off. I just cannot work with these people. This have left me without rental income on this property since December 2022, they just dont care.Sent from one person to the next. PLS DONT RECOMMEND THESE PEOPLE TO ANYONE
I would like to appreciate Marlene kruger for the services that she gives, she's very patient, she understands and she's dedicated with her work, she always brings solution and ready to help when ever you need help. May she keep up the good work that she gives to the clients.
I have recently applied for reprogramming of remotes to Monique Pretorius but the lady does not make any efforts to communicate or solve the problems for me. What she did is very unprofessional and impeding the access of my usage to the properties. Very unprofessional and insufficient. I have already made a formal complaint to the compliance to ANGOR.
Bought my first house 2 years ago in the COSMOS estate LEO toe be exact Worst experience of my life! Surrounded by several estates within j. The cosmos but LEO is managed by ANGOR…Most levvies ive paid,poor management from a guy called Wallace Racialism along with victimisation… Random foreign labourers picked up on side of road doing repairs/construction work via insurance claims…gardening service is pathetic..weeks on end they won’t Pitch leaving our grass knee height Filthy communial areas “Security cameras installed after additional charges to levvies account yet constant Break ins and theft..requested camera footage and its down for months Lack of supervision from property management Rusted electric box enclosures at main gate for over 2 years Worst of all LEO complex electricity constantly shut down due to the complex owing Tswane municipality ridiculous amounts of monies irrespective whether you own a house or on prepaid electricity…IT GETS SHUT OFF for days on end… Low walls and lack of privacy makes it impossible to have a private life..unsupervised children allowed to jump over your boundary walls daily Smashed / broken vehicles parked all over complex along with disgusting state of the communal areas Definitely not a managing property company concerned about property value & safety My house was valued by bank upon moving in…2 years later nothing’s changed..still the same value No appointed maintenance team / schedule yet insurance claims are logged and repaires are being done by individuals without proper documentation using cheap materials yet claims are finalised as work completed but inspected by nobody…, Code of conduct/rules & regulations are signed upon occupation without a fine schedule present in said rules of estate yet residents are being fined without cause…if ANGOR gets challenged they cut your electricity without any regard Definitely the worst mistake investing in a townhouse managed by These clowns So beware!!
Absolutely disgraceful company. They have no regard for residents, they are only in it for the money. Be very careful everyone. They do not care about the residents of our estate. - Neighbours have parties to all hours of the night, with over 50 people ? Parking in other people’s driveways, blocking roads and nothing NOTHING IS DONE ? Pathetic - Asked for a financial statement for the last two years only received 2020 ? How ? - Complaints get ignored.
If zero was possible I'd do that. Poor customer service, ineptitude all around. I don't recommend this company. After this review, I received a call from the property manager to say the complex I moved from had no funds to pay me. I had to pay 3 months advance when I sold, R1300 approx. That's not my problem, I paid everything in full. I was never late on a levy payment and when I am owed a refund. The property manager said the payment will be made today in the 11am payment run yesterday. Today 4 weeks after my initial call, I have still not been reimbursed. NB this is all over R500 that I'm owed. Small fry I should even need to escalate this.
There are good Managing Agents , those who are trying and then there is Angor which is not even trying to be a good MA. I have sent several emails to our portfolio Manager regarding an AGM for our complex and the guy is just not even bothered to reply to my emails. He sent an email earlier in the year to say there will be an AGM, there never was an AGM and no subsequent email to even let us know why it didn't take place . I am very concerned about the financial status of our complex and these guys are working very hard to keep that information out of reach of the owners.They act as though they have a responsibility towards the trustees only and not towards the Body Corp as a whole !!
