Our building changed agents and man, what a disaster! Inefficient, incoherent and very quick to block access even when they are at fault. Dealing with portfolio manager Kelly Nell and goodness, she doesn't even have a lease agreement with her. You literally end up having to do their admin job.
We have had our fair share of real estate companies but the one that hasn’t given us any problems is Landsdowne. We viewed a property and the same day we pretty much knew whether or not our offer was accepted. Dylan Theron has been our Property Manager and he has been nothing but amazing. We have had a few minor issues with our property being a new build and he has never not helped us sort it out quickly and efficiently. Melisa Denyschen is a great Estate Manager and has helped us just as much. Thanks for going above and beyond for us!
Bronwyn has been my agent for over a year, she has broken the stereotype about agents only focusing on closing the sale and then leaving you in the dark. She is always, always available to answer questions, provide information and resolve queries in a timely manner. She is extremely kind and does he job with the most pride and respect. Her service is always 10/10, which is honestly so hard to find these days. So lucky to have her as my agent and you are lucky to have her on your team she’s definitely an asset.

I had a very pleasant experience with Elize Allers. She is very professional, kind and respectful of everyone's time. Previous experience with Landsdowne has not been good at all but she changed my view on the company. Would highly recommend her to anyone looking for someone to manage their property.
