I referred Dynamic Solutions to the job of which they fixed the Dstv issues that weren't one of their estates Isibaya Sands, to my surprise I hot a call a few weeks later that there is an issue with payments, after the job was done in November till today the guys haven't been paid for their services But what kind of business do you guys conduct, how can you seek help for free ? Now I'm afraid that giving referral has costed me trust and a good reputation i had with these guys . Let's stop using people and not paying them slavery is a thing of the past. Shocking!!!!!
Pathetic joke of a company. Blames the municipality for lack of electricity when they in fact can’t settle their account. The Point Bedfordview has been without power for over 24 hours due to their incompetence.
I have dealt with many managing agents in my lifetime and I must commend Whitfields for assigning Nicole to oversee our account who has demonstrated exceptional professionalism, prompt communication, and a great understanding of our requirements.
Terrible service from their ‘customer service consultant’ who seems to have no knowledge of customer service. They neglect to send me the levies statement as they usually do and then charge me interest and are extremely rude about it too. Should the opportunity for our body corporate to switch to another agency arise, I will definitely vote yes and encourage the move among the other trustees.
I'm very disappointed with the way these guys conduct business, been months now since I did a job for them and still haven't been paid for our services and we used up stock and labour. I urge all contractors or anyone planning to do business with these people to be careful. Was promised that my issue will be resolved but clearly maybe cause we are a black owed Company we're too small for their liking .
I don't have much to do with them, but I have garnered enough to be able to say that they seem good managers of sectional title properties
Terrible company. Disrespectful, inefficient, unprofessional. The were unable to source a standard wooden window from a contractor in 7 months!. A company to be avoided at all costs, I constantly have to email, phone...not responsive, not concerned about customers.
Haven’t had a response from them since last year ! They hired contractors Ramutar construction which they created damage to my apartment. Ceiling was damaged and water came gushing through the ceiling destroying wardrobes , the wooden floors etc I was pregnant and in a state of distress They showed no sign of remorse and did not want to get involved in resolving the issue with the construction company that they hired
This goes out to Paul de Stadler who has been a critical in keeping the administration of our complex in top shape, for over a decade, and is also always available to provide insight and guidance that is backed up by his wealth of experience. Thank you Paul; know that your ongoing support is hugely appreciated!
NEVER have I had to deal with such an incompotent bunch!!! Dont answer calls or messages. ALWAYS send levy statements LATE AND INCORRECT!!!! YOU ARE THE WORST. TRACY VITALE couldn’t be bothered to communicate!
