A very useful shopping center. Beautiful surroundings. Not too difficult to find parking.

No too overcrowded and always clean. I love the variety of shops. Lots of parhing and friendly car guards.

As my local mall it's okay, but paying for parking is always a mission. Either the NFC on the parking payment machine doesn't work or your parking ticket doesn't. And don't even get me started on the drop-off time. Also, there are very few draw cards to the mall. Only the basic stores and very little else to do.

Love this place. And the lake. Safe and neat.

The mall of redundancy. This place is well kept and the cleaners and security are very nice. There *was* no loadshedding for a while, but its back, so theres that. Meaning some shops will have light and some will not. The gardeners also work hard to keep the outside so well maintained. Thank you everyone Only downside is that KW mainly consists of shoe shops, clothing stores and cellphone shops. The variety otherwise is poor at best. one bookstore - yay! This is the mall you use to do your business and leave, maybe hang around for an hour or so after errands, but not longer - there's genuinely not much to do other than visiting the restaurants, maybe loitering around the food court, skate park or amphitheater. It definitely could be better, but it could also be worse, so take KW as it is. It does its job. I'm grateful for that.

We only visited the Absa branch to do our passports. The staff was very professional and friendly. You can also pick the positive vibe amongst them. They assisted one another when needed. They follow procedures and will quickly step in that there is no confusion. Working under pressure especially with this loadshedding. WELL DONE HOME AFFAIRS IN ABSA KEYWEST

Much better than westgate shooping cente . Cleaner and toilets doesnt stink like the other and shop oweners or sales people specialy at capitec bank much more helpfull

This mall has ample parking that is shaded and a overall feeling of cleanliness is what I experienced. Having assistance for my elderly father back to the car with a golf cart, made it overall a pleasant experience.

One of my favourite malls. It has great facilities. Top class toilets are most impressive. The kiddies area is the best, almost like a small haven for the little ones. The restaurants serve the best quality food with the best well trained quality staff. The mood is generally relaxed and modern. It's never overly crowded and theft is very low. I go to gym there as well, so it's super convenient for. I also do my business banking there at ABSA which makes it so easy and quick for me. Their stores are big and offer a variety.

The majority of shops in this mall close during loadshedding. Edgars retail outlet does not uphold the brand criteria...poorly stocked. Pick n Pay outlet is outdated, produce and products are very substandard by comparison to other outlets. Procurement at this PnP leaves much to be desired. Few tills open so queues are always long. Staff not over friendly either, in fact they look tired. Something is wrong. My review is based on average experience over last 5 visits. L
