We tried Nandos the first time to dine in. Normally we only use the drive through or take aways. It was a bit noisy and the music was too loud. The food was ok and not what I expected. Thenplace is neat and the staff is friendly. Think I will stick to takeaways in future.Recommended dishesHotpot with Spicy Rice, Chicken Strips & Spicy Rice, Pulled Chicken

It was OK. Not bad, the food was good but quite pricy for the little bit we got. We went through the drive through so didn't get to experience the atmosphere inside. The service seemed to be pretty good though. No complaints there.Food: 4/5

Absolutely loved my meal!!!  Must say the staff always impress me. The moment I put my plate aside dishes are taken away. Loved the service!  You will see me every Monday  Parking: A bit difficult to get a spot, but it could be because they are so awesome.  Wheelchair accessibility: Easy no problems

on 4 April 2023, we ordered plant based meals, firstly they got the entire meal wrong, we received a wrap instead of a pita, and we received chips instead of perrinaise. the Boujee bowl had normal chicken instead of plant based chicken. On calling in to complain about the order, the first person we spoke to insisted that it was plant-based, after half hour, i then spoke to Sidney the manager who was extremely rude and also insisting it was plant-based. He then sent his driver to collect the food, as he told me he wanted to check and taste the food and if the order is correct, then he will return the same food back to me this is already past 8 pm that night. Then he tells me to log a call with Mr D as they must address my concerns not him. after calling Mr D, logging a call, they asked me to send them pictures which I did the following morning. I asked them to send me a WhatsApp number so that I could forward the videos I took, as the pictures do not show clearly, but no one responded.  Today, I get an email stating that they confirmed with Nando's manager that it was plant-based food, how can you confirm after 2 days, after Sidney tasted, perhaps even ate the meal, what proof is left over for you to make that decision, that he is telling the truth and I am not. I already paid for that meal, no refund and someone gets to eat a fully paid meal. Nice nuh!!  PS: You are not even worth a 1 star  Vegetarian options: We ordered plant based boujee bowl and pita

Went there today, it was busy hour so they weren't very organized, and actually brought me sauce bottle with sauce on the outside and the table wasn't very clean. But food was good and waitress had really good spirit, I tried the pulled chicken sandwich, didn't like it as much as their burgerdidn't have a lot of chicken and had way too much onion

The staff was quite welcoming and helpful. Loved it. The food was great too.Food: 4/5

It's disappointing finding it closed way before 10pm after a long drive and being told that during the week it operates till 9pm. Put that in your trading hours so we don't waste our time and fuel trying to get there

They take very long with their vegetarian meals, and their chocolate take away sauce for the churros is absolutely grosssssss!!!
