Well this is officially now THE WORST pizza place I have ever been to seeing that it was the first time ever I got bones on a pizza, with minimal toppings for full price paid. As visible on the photo, only a few tiny spots of lamb on the pizza, with two large dangerously sharp and hard bones next to pizza slice on the right I'm lucky I didn't break a tooth on these or got stabbed in the mouth as I bit into it.
Best play areas around Krugersdorp, indoors and outdoors. My kids love it. We watched skaters at the skatepark.
I take my family to panarottis all the time and love the food and environment. ..the waiters r great and even managers..keep it up guys
Gave it another go, because the owners insisted and was quite impressed by the service this time. Its great to see business owners who still go out of their way to ensure that great service is their business statement. Had a wonderful dinner and the waffles i had been dying for since my last visit there, were heavenly. Thank you Panarottis Key West for the going the extra mile at service excellence. Will definitely be dining there more often now.
Amazing restaurant which is actively involved in the community. Last time I was there there were these school children who were volunteering at the restaurant to raise funds. The people are just so amazing, welcoming and kind. The pizza is delicious too!
Worst dining experience ever, ordered drinks waiter disappeared and 30mins later still hadn't brought the drinks nor taken our order. Lady from the play play place eventually came to the rescue and brought our drinks and took the order, food came and my salmon salad was dead frozen salmon slivers on brown lettuce.. As it was in support for the school gave another chance as my daughter insisted, ordered waffles for dessert and an hour later no dessert no waiter even to offer drinks...very disappointed definitely won't be going there again. And not even a manager in sight asked twice
Wish I could give minus one star! Was given a voucher so went for breakfast for my birthday with family! Coffee was disgusting was told that it is a new brand that they are now forced to use by HO! Obviously we weren't the only ones that got vouchers because the place was packed! Many people left because of no service! Our poor waitress was run off her feet!!! Obviously bad planning!!!! The staff were overwhelmed by too many customers! Our food was terrible as well!!! Cheese grillers weren't cooked! Bacon tasted like it was also just warmed in the micro slimy and rubbery! Never ever will Panarottis Key West see us again!!! We were sitting at table 10 if you want to see how long it took to be served coffees and breakfast! Used our loyalty cards if you want to continue us....?!?!?
Me and my wife went for a night out and had this extreme craving for panarottis all you can eat spesial as it really is they only place that does it like they do. Pricing is great and the food was nice. However it looked like they only mad 2 pizzas as we where only offered the same 2 pizzas over and over. I had to ask multiple times if they would be so kind as to bring us anything else but we were passed over every time. You try to get hold of your waiter who is never around for simple things like more beverages or service which is an impossible task. You look for a manager who is rather having a chat with a certain tipe of client base but doesn't bother come around to have a chat. But to crown it off when you ask for the bill it takes as long as getting food and then the waiter just pass it off to someone else like he doesn't want to deal with you. It was the worst experience I have ever had in a panarottis.
Worst service ever! We waited exactly 55min food and waited 30min for our drink. Worst state of service I've ever had. Waiter never cleared table. We had to load all our plates etc onto the table next to us.Our glasses were sopping wet from dish wash water, they had not been dried. Never ever will come back to this Panarottis.
Didn't enjoy the food that was served canneloni. The cheesy garlic roll was cold when served. The price we paid for the meal was pretty expensive. I could have gotten a better meal else where for the same price. I won't be eating here again.
