Very nice shop - they have everything you need to fix your bike. All the staff were super helpful.

They have good customer service. Once went there for some motorbikes and we got an excellent service from the team working in this Shop.

Nice bunch of guys helping a girl out with a bike and not talking down to me for not knowing all the things about the bike. Would recommend 10/10

I always get recommended to go to cms for parts but so far never been successfull in finding ehwt im looking for....maybe my luck is just out.

I live in the middle of nowhere and almost all my purchases have to be done online which is always a risk. I recently did my first purchase with them and I was blown away, great comms, reliable service, reasonable price and super quick delivery...really impressed and will gladly do business with them again. Worst service ever. Tell my assistant in person and myself over the phone one thing even say bring cases in to add a kickstart.... take the payment knowing the parts are from different engines. They happily supply the wrong parts. I arrive with sample and wrong parts and I a ghost I never spoke to them even thought we have recording. So - 10 stars for dishonesty.

The guys are amazing when it comes to customer care. The principal sales guy, I forgot the name, is a great guy, talk well with people of different backgrounds and explains all specs about a particular bike you might want to purchase. It's a good team with a wide variety of stock to choose from

Pathetic help.. going into store no one at counter.. I called the number a week later to enquire about parts.. the speaking sounded like he needed to redo Grade 5 school cause he couldn't speak right.. gave me names that don't exist and when I asked spell the names.. his pronunciation was horrible.. then I asked if he can help with another part.. he told me hold on.. shouted in the background for someone else to help me like it was some backyard mechanics home.. and a women answered. I am not a person to complain.. but due to Covid small Chinese bikes have risen hugely in popularity and business sense so a shop like this should be thriving.. yet the people who so called 'operate' it.. for sake of a pay check and NO knowledgeable service.
