Wow... What great service I Recieved from your Staff.. I bought a media Box player and it went Faulty... Was blown away at the urgency at Lindani's effort to get me sorted with a replacement... Well done guys... Love all the great gadgets you have... Very impressed

Apparently Chrome Cell has been bought over. I had a very bad experience with these guys. They replaced my Samsung J720 Duo's screen after I dropped the mobile. I requested that they don't install the original Samsung screen as my contract is up for renewal in a month.  Long story short, they pop a new screen on my phone and asked me to collect and pay R550. Upon inspection of the work done I noticed and informed them 2 guys that the workmanship is not up to scratch and that the screen has not been glued properly due to a clearly visible gap between the phone and the new screen. They ensured me that the gap will not be there the following day as the glue must still dry, so they stuck a piece of masking tape over the edge of the phone and popped my existing phone cover on. I paid them and left with the phone.  The following day during lunch time I took my phone out of my laptop bag to inspect. Upon removing the cellphone protective cover the top right corner of the screen cracked where the gap was as mentioned above.  So I went back to Chrome Cell after work, only to find that they refuse to fix the phone because I cracked the screen and they never gave me a warranty. I explained to them this happened due to the poor workmanship, but they shot me down and said NO from the start of the discussion. Things got heated which let to me telling them that their workmanship and customer serves sucks and I went on my merry way.  Please be warned, as soon as they have your money in their hands after sale service follows you out the door, never to be seen again.  Rather go somewhere else!!!
