'Matrix Computers Warehouse' Tableview

I got my laptop back with an inferior version of windows crammed full of bloatware and the computer has a completely different person's name as my user name. They didn't pick up the phone when I called and were rude when I eventually got through. I found a workaround but will not do banking on this laptop until I get someone else to reinstall a clean version of windows yuck

Bought a desktop computer as well as a gaming chair for my son from Charles and his team at Matrix Warehouse in Tableview. The service I received was outstanding and they were so patient with all my questions and needless to say my son is over the moon with the top quality computer he received. Matrix Tableview is very competitive with the pricing and nothing is too much effort for them. I would recommend then always. Thank you for amazing service, guys.

My wife took her laptop in during March because it was terribly slow!! They evidently replaced the hard drive & charged herR850. Shortly thereafter she discovered that her Bluetooth & Microsoft Store was inoperable!! She took it back on 10 April 2019 & was told after about 10 days that they need another R850 to repair it again?? She haggled & they agreed on R500!! Today 3 weeks later she phones only to be told that it is ready for collection at no charge?? She is then told that they again replaced the hard drive, WHICH ARE 2ND HAND PARTS WITH NO GUARANTEE!! Never mentioned that in the first place?? Took it home with no improvement whatsoever!!! IN MY OPINION THEY DID NOTHING IN 3 WEEKS BECAUSE THEY ARE TOTALLY INCOMPETENT WITH NO CUSTOMER SERVICE WHAT SO EVER!!!I took my desk top in a few years ago & also had ports that no longer works! ! NEVER GO THERE AGAIN!!!!

Friendly service and always willing to help. If you have any issues with your PC then these guys are the best choice.

Excellent service. Been there a number of times and each time they've had exactly what I need.

One central website provides stock information and when you arrive at the shop to be told they don't keep those products because they are individual franchise stores. Terrible attitude from team behind the desk.

I came in with a problem with my screen that it was flickering and was caused by malware , I informed them that it's a malware problem they wouldn't listen and wanted me to pay to replace the screen when I had even though I told them that the screen had been replaced under 40 days ago they refused to look at it as a malware problem and didn't even touch the laptop I had to open and show them and within 1 second they said it was the screen they never attempted to look in to the issue I said was the problem absolutely horrible service and a waste of time.

Really helpful guys. It's a great place to get basic computer equipment at low prices.
