Saw a tik tok video of this branch man-handling a husky puppy during blowdrying so rough and wild with a slicker brush that the puppy was shaking in fear and said to have been howling-crying. Would not trust my pets with such uncompassionate abusive employees. Would love to brush those “ladies” hair like that to make them feel the same agony - absolutely disgusting and horrifying! I see reviews here of pet owners that have the same complaint of their own experiences. Don't support such horrible business owners.

Very good service from the manager Denis. Just the lady that answered my call before I could get there, was not helpful at all. So that's why I asked to speak to the manager. glad I did. CZ now I have 2 more beautiful budgie's. Much appreciated Denis and thank you.

Worst staff and worst experience ever. Fist i made an appointment for 12h30, made me wait 45min. I told you I'm bringing a dog that will bite so i have to be present, you dit not allow it also you are not trained to handle this situation. Incompetent and making empty promises!!! I will not support my local pet shop anymore!!

I Bought 4 discus a while back and added them to my well established tank with other discus. Few days later all of my fish got ich, loss of appetite and eventually started dying . Lost every single fish in my tank.. Definitely won't be buying here again!
