Good day,  I have one last invoice to submit from the retail outlet that I have been supporting for about a year. It seems it might be a waste of time as you guys are not keeping your promises of delivery of the free bag to him.  As a customer I am left in a situation where I have to find food for my dogs at an inconvenient time. I am also very disappointed with the delivery of service from your brand in rolling out your promise.  You have benefited from the additional business your promotion has brought but you are not forthcoming with your end of the deal.  Please rectify this situation.  Addes 11th May: supplier has delivered free bag today. Thank you.
