I previously rated this Engen with 5 stars. I fuel up at this station at least once every week. Today I unfortunately had a flat tyre. I stopped and asked for assistance. One of the attendants was kind enough to help me. While the attendant was fitting on the new Tyre his supervisors were walking by making comments about him needing to get back to work. I was extremely uncomfortable during the whole ordeal due to the behaviour and attitude displayed and felt awful for having asked the attendant for help. Definitely will not be supporting this fuel station going forward.
Most terrible NO SERVICE petrol station. We come here weekly and every week the service is pathetic. Have to wait for over 10minutes for service. We have to call and hoot to get attention whilst petrol attendants stand idly by, chatting to each other, lazing around, not interested and very very cheeky. Good Enough is one very rude attendant. PLEASE LOOK AFTRR YOUR PATRONS AND DO YOUR JOB

Some constructive criticism. Fix your coffee machine! It's been down for the past 2 months. Used to grab a pie and coffee every morning before work, stopped coming here because the coffee machine is always offline. Management please resolve. You are losing loyal customers.
We had to pay R2. 00 to use the toilet. I have NEVER IN NY LIFE, seen such a dirty toilet!!!! Toilet paper was strewn all around the place, toilet was dirty with Nr 2 all inside rim of toilet. The worst experience of my life!!!
