I took my laptop in for repairs and the man "helping me" was very rude. He was entirely unhelpful and was not reassuring whatsoever and told me that my laptop was beyond help. This, however, was not the case. I took my laptop to another computer shop and they were friendly, transparent and went above and beyond to ensure my laptop could be fixed at a reasonable rate in a reasonable time period. This does not bode well for computer mania.
Outstanding service that the staff provides. I've been coming in for a year now, the products and the service are top notch. I was assisted immediately so as my issue that I recently had with my laptop. I would strongly recommend, coming in.
This shop and crew working there have help me consistently very very well. They know they stuff - verified because it works. They are will to listen and advise. Thanks you all! The goodies are there as expected. However the people are kind and nice. Importantly they advise well. Those of us not sure listen.
The staff are friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. They were incredibly helpful and seemed passionate about their work.
The staff at the Eikestad Mall Computer Mania were amazing. I needed an urgent laptop screen repair and they did everything in their power to help me. The turn around time was quick logged the repair and ordered the part on Tuesday, Wednesday afternoon my screen was fixed, the pricing was competitive and the staff were friendly and efficient. I was helped by Albert who was very kind and understanding of my urgent situation. Would definitely recommend them!
I’ve been struggling with computer mania Stellenbosch for 5 months. By far the worst service I’ve ever received. Would not recommend.
Prices are hellish, the people working the floor are rude and rancid, with an air of superiority around them. Overall, shocking to see them still doing business. If you want your nice day ruined with smarmy attitudes from know-it-all workers, pay this place a visit.
Great store, has good range of products and brilliant service.
Excellent service ! I had a problem with my computer disk space and it was sorted out immediately. The customer service was brilliant, one staff member is particular was Albert ! Would recommend to anyone.
