Prices fluctuate as it's a consignment store... So that means most of the items belong to various sellers, and prices are determined by those sellers. Definitely a must-visit for any sneaker collector or enthusiast... Eye candy for days!

I took 5 pairs of sneakers to them and the team did an excellent job - my sneakers look new and I'm excited to wear them again. The team is also super friendly and it was very easy organizing drop off and pick up. The cherry on the top is that their pricing is really competitive. I'll definitely be using their services again.

Possibly the worst service and customer service I've had from a sneaker company. I took my shoes in to be cleaned, and they came back so average. My washing machine does a better job and gives me less back chat The laces were put back wrong and not the same as the the other shoes, so i had to re-do them I was promised a drop off and paid for it, but they told me that they couldn't do it and that and that they were not prepared to refund me for the delivery i paid for. They then told me that it was an online order and i was reading my mail wrong, which clearly was not the case. It was a walk in and i took the delivery option that was OFFERED to me at an additional rate. The manager told me i would be blown away how well they cleaned my sneakers, i wasn't and i actually thought it was super average. It was also clear that the manager was just saying things he actually never checked or knew. Service 2/10 Quality 2/10 Customer support 1/10 only because they actually answered the phone Recommendation - NO! Manager said he would follow up with me , this never happened. If i was offered a free service i still would not use them If you value your sneakers then you prob should not be using these guys. Use it dont use it, this is my expereince.
