I really liked the store, it was clean and neat, the employee on duty was helpful and seemed nice. They always have up-to-date new movies and a nice broad selection of old movies, not to mention they have a good selection of games and the rentable console is a really good perk. Overall I love Cousins DVD, the online interface really steps it up compared to a fully walk in DVD store, it's always a good experience.
There was a guy which was always friendly and helpful tonight i was standing in the que more thren 45 Min, only one cashier to assist a whole bunch of clients And the consaltant didn't say sorry theres a delay or something, i was always impressed with the service but tonight was a BIG NO
