Physiotherapy service to promote healing , decrease pain, restore mobility and function. Treatment of all musculoskeletal problems and sport injuries.
Gareth qualified as a Physiotherapist in 2012 from the University of Pretoria. After a year of community service in Northern KZN, he joined the Kings Park Medical team. He has completed dry needling courses and various courses on exercise and function without pain. Gareth is a qualified BASI Pilates mat work teacher and incorporates the fundamental principles into his treatment approach.
He practices at the Lion Match Branch in the mornings and the Glenwood High School branch in the afternoons.
Gareth is the Assistant Physiotherapist for Lamontville Golden Arrows and looks after the Multichoice Diski side.
Gareth has been involved with the Glenwood 1st team rugby side since 2013, and is currently the Physiotherapist for the u18 KZN Craven Week Rugby team.
He has a passion for sports, fitness and rehabilitation. Gareth enjoys the outdoors and spends time training and competing in triathlons.
