CrossFit 360Vida

This is far more than a gym. I ask a thousand questions and each and every time the coaches are willing and eager to help me. They dedicate their time and energy to make sure that each and every member performs the movements correctly so that the members don’t get injured. I love the approach they take to fitness, the coaches aren’t like the normal gym goers that push supplements to get big. Instead they approach fitness as something that can and should be a lifestyle. I’m in the best shape of my life, I have my nutrition dialed in thanks to one of the coaches as well, and I am able to consistently improve in all areas of fitness strength, cardio, gymnastics, etc without reaching a plateau thanks to the guidance of the coaches. The coaches and members have become my friends. The gym is always clean and welcoming. It’s honestly become my safe place and sanctuary for my dreams. By becoming part of the Vida family I can honestly say even my mindset has improved. The best decision I’ve ever made. If you want to join a gym that treats you like family, cares about your well-being on a whole and gets your fitness into the best possible state then sign up! You won’t regret it.

Vida started as a world-class facility to train at and very quickly became my second home. There is simply no community like the Vida community. I have met the most incredible people, made the most wonderful Friends & the support I have as both an Athlete and a developing Coach is phenomenal. The best hours of my day are the days spent at CrossFit 360 Vida - there is simply nowhere else I would rather train.

This box introduced me to the world of CrossFit in the best way possible! I’m pushed everyday by amazing coaches that make sure to make everyone feels welcome, no matter what fitness level they’re at. Have only been here for 3 days and already feel at home. Diverse friendly community and very helpful as a new member; coaches Darren and Ruan are professional and people focused; custom designed local programming is fun and challenging. Beautiful facilities. Highly recommend crossfit gym in fourways. Perfect for international community or expat visiting too.

Not just a CrossFit box but an amazing community to be part of. Support from peers and coaches helps you get the most out of your classes. Each class is dynamic and you are always challenged. It's never boring. CF 360 Vida is my happy place!

I joined in Sep 20 and haven't looked back. Coaches are awesome, the box has a great "gees" and the workouts provide an instant and clean break from office and household stress it's cheaper than therapy and better than venting . Plus good coffee is available after workouts. Can definitely recommend
