CTI is registered with the Department of Higher Education and Training (DHET) as a private higher education institution. Its programmes are accredited by the Higher Education Quality Committee (HEQC) of the Council on Higher Education (CHE) in South Africa and registered on the National Qualifications Framework (NQF) by the South African Qualifications Authority (SAQA). The qualifications offered and supported by CTI, range across three faculties, namely: Faculty of Commerce, Faculty of Information Technology and Faculty of Law.

I wouldn't recommend CTU Training Solutions to anybody. The most common complaints I just read about is exactly what I am a victim of. After months and Months of emails to re-issue me with my diploma as I lost myne when we moved and I was never provided with an electronic copy - they apparently dont keep record of previous students. I was told to submit documentation including affidavits, and STILL I am waiting. I have been getting an email every 2 to 3 weeks AFTER I ENQUIRE that they are still waiting for headoffice. I have requested this H/O to phone me - but still. Once they have your money YOU MEAN NOTHING! They are forcing me to seek legal assistance in order to resolve this matter. I reached out to my class of that year and most of them only received score cards that year, NO CERIFICATE/ NO DIPLOMA. They stopped fighting the battle with this place. I want my Diploma re-issued , one that I paid for, studied for and it is RIGHTFULLY myne! It is not my problem that the company doesnt have record keeping.
Did my HR at this college 2015 til 2016, passed & paid all my tuition but never got my original certificate from SABPP as promised by the college. I went so many times to ask for it, but no assistance and everytime I asked for the college manager they say he/she unavailable, tried to make appointment but still nobody wanna help, even went with my parents to them, and until now nothing is resolved. Nobody tells exactly what can I do to get my certificate, when I ask how come I didn't get my certificate they seem to have no idea.. It's 2022 still no certificate, that's 6 years Got fooled by the welcome now I regret, waste of my time & my parent's money
My experience with CTU was one I never thought I would experience. Despite the hard times I had went through, I still had a lot of help and encouragement throughout my time here. The student environment is very enjoyable, the facilitators are very friendly and each know what they're doing. My experience here is a wonderful and enjoyable experience.
I would recommend anybody to come study Cisco or MCSA here, simply because of the facilitators that are in these respective fields. I'm not too sure about the other courses as I have no experience there. Overall the staff are incredibly nice and professional, but they're also always happy and funny to when your with them. My only complaint is that there are no places available to smoke when it's raining. Great place. Deserves the 5 stars.
I am currently studying Project Management year 1 at ctu bloemfontein. My facilitator is Leandri Pretorius and I can honestly say she is the best facilitator and gives such good classes which you understand. She always gives her best in each class to explain the work! I highly recommend studying here!
Leandri Pretorius is the best and most caring and understanding lecturer in the entire world! I am currently studying project management at CTU Bloemfontein and my lecturer is Leandri Pretorius. She always has time to help and makes sure to give individual attention to each student. She will explain something 1000x if she has to but its very rarely necessary since she has a way to convey information in such a way which you can't help but understand. She is so understanding towards problems and makes class a blast by chatting and making jokes in between to keep us interested. Coming to class with her as a lecturer is what causes me to go against the norm and actually be excited to attend class. She gives us unconditional love and support and I am so blessed to have her prepare me for my passion and career that lies ahead. Thanks Leandri!
What a great experience! The staff are friendly and helpful and the facilitators are amazing. Thanks CTU for an exception educational experience. You are definitely high on my recommendation list.
Don't recommend if you want to do programming. The staff are very friendly but I don't recommend if you want to study programming.
