CTU Training Solutions Sandton

I would just like to complain about one of the test consultants that I found rude, and had lack of client edicate. Im a women of 30, I dont need to be spoken down to, spoken to like a child or being told to "calm down" client 101, never tell the client to calm down. I was not even raising my voice, you could see I was annoyed, but in no manner was I being a hassle or raising my voice. Branch Sandton, 135 Daisy Road, Prometric, Name: Shelly or Sherly. I saw how she spoke to other clients as well and I really think she needs to be sent on client training. I was so nervous for my exam, and the way she had treated me, threw me off of my calm state and it was not a good start to my exam.

I'm one of the professional corporate part time Microsoft trainers, and I find the campus to be always polite, kind, and willing to help us when we need it. All in all CTU Sandton is a awesome place and the students are always happy to come to site umm Class :
