I have been at this place twice . Let me tell you about poor service delivery. I came here with my daughter super sick. I had to wait 4 hours for a doctor. 6 nurses in the room but not one to assist. I am currently sitting here now waiting for someone to come see my daughter , not one has attended to us or asked if we need assistance, pathetic, I tell you. I arrived 03:15 it is 04:30. The emergency section is super cold, and no one is at the duty station. The service is poor
Worst experience ever. The food is awful and the way the nurses treat one is not professional at all. My mother has been here for 4 days and the services is one of the lowest quality. The nurses don’t seem qualified to put in a drip and my mother is full bruises. They wake you up in the middle of the night to put new covers on your bed???? I would not recommend Dalview Clinic at all. I wouldn't even rate it one star!
Been searching for a gynaecologist for sometime and haven’t been happy with the service I’ve been getting from the previous ones, until I saw Dr Gqiba’s reviews and I said God I think this is the one and he approved. So I set an appointment and believe me when I say what an amazing staff that hospital has, from the main entrance/gate the security guards are so kind and helpful, the receptionist gave me a warm welcome with a smile and I really loved that. And then the Doctor himself *I HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIM* such a well mannered and calm gentleman. I love how he assisted me and I truly thank God for directing me to him I am very much happy and certain I will not be changing my gynaecologist anymore, he deserves more than 5stars. Keep it up Dr Gqiba and your staff you guys are doing an amazing Job, God Bless.
Gave birth 16/04/2018, almost lost my life due to a nurse that scraped the afterbirth with a Amniotic hook and pushed the chuncks she scraped out from the afterbirth, back inside menegligence, I was butchered, this is the same nurse that kept me in labour for 23hours when I was ready and dilated after 4hours. I lost alot of blood and had to go into theater for surgery at Life Dalview Hospital for 90min. Dr Venter was my surgin in theater and said there were cuts and tears damages and half the placenta inside me. Dr venter said he will defend me if I take the matter further, so I did. When we got to the board Bobby Ramagwede, he did not defend me at all. Board said not me or my child died and also I didn't have R500 000 of damage. I had no case the board told me.
Great service if one can call an operation a service. Staff great and it's organised and clean. Well received and treated with kindness and respect
I would highly recommend Dalview maternity, I have only received best of care. Dr Gqiba by far the best gynecologist I have ever experienced. I would like to let everyone know what precious diamond they have, sister Amanda in NICU if it wasn't for all of her help and support I do not know how I would've coped. She is truly a asset to Dalview NICU, she really goes the extra mile and she loves her job, one does not experience that everyday!
So I just had the worst experience ever. We just got there with my sister and baby whom is sick. We got to the emergency entrance and are told to go open a file at reception. When we get there there's no one at all. After 10 minutes of waiting a guy by the name of Thabo gets there and does his thing. Then we move back to the emergency waiting area. So my sister insists on coming in the room with me and the baby coz she stays with him during the day while I go to work and the nurse on duty was super rude. Forgot her name. She then says to me seeing the my sister cares for my baby during the day and spends most time with him, I must exit the room due to covid. Bathong I'm the mother of the child. And then she leaves us in the room And says the doctor is coming. We waited for 45 minutes without a doctor attending or the nurse checking up on us. So we left.
Am not impressed at all. My partner is back there , same day he was discharged, because doctor forgot to give him another medication to contra the side effect of what they fed him. now he is back with a new problem that he never had when he walked in. he is still waiting for treatment, or is getting a wrong one as I write. this is more like a government hospital for me now. am very angry at the service and the urgency they treat patient with. I hate it. a person can die from their incomplete procedure.
How do you charge me R120 000.00 plus all the Doctors Fees which is extra, Radiology worth R9500.00 and who knows how much on blood tests, have not received those invoices as yet and I am giving nothing on discharge of the patient. No copies of anything whatsoever, so what do I say to his Specialist who is going to want to know, and will want records for his file. I have requested numerous times over the weekend for all this information as I see the Specialist on Monday 31/1/2022 @ 12h00. Everything that was sent from the Linmed Hospital to yourselves has been lost apparently. I find it quite shocking at the way we have been treated on this occasion.
Less than usseless 2nd time this hospital disapoints us my husband went to emergency room to get stitches his cut his thum a small cut but deep just needed to get prob 2 stiches sat and waited from before 3 to after 8 what a joke!!! Will never use this hospital again could have rather gone to state hospital would have been the same!! Cant believe how usselss this hospital has become!! If i could i would give you zero stars!!
