Very incompetent staff, slow and lazy reception staff. they dont want to do their work. they are rude, unprofessional and they treat people with disrespect. They are so rude to young people and dont prioritize people with serious health problems. Quick to knock off but slow to attend to patients. They want to be begged to do their job. They will tell you to come back the next day without helping you with anything. A lot of people complain about the service delivery here but there are no changes.

The experience was bad and unfair for me because I had an appointment in the morning and it's almost closing time. And still nothing, it's wasting your time in a clinic when they gave you a fixed time to come and don't attend to you. Plus the system is slow AF.

Poor service, the reception works very slow... They Dont know the purpose of appointments and also the waiting time is longer.. Poor service,i wouldn't recommend it it anyone

Why do they refuce to see my husband. He hasn't got an appointment now they refuse to help him. Since when do they refuse to help if he hasn't got an appointment. To me it is unfair.

This place is so slow they need to improve even if you make a appointment you wait the whole day in line wat is the point

The worst service ever in medical history No help from staff they walk around doing nothing patients sit and wait for hours without any help never in my life have i seen more pathetic people than the staff at this clinic it is actualy a wonder that this place is not closed by now

This clinic has good staff but the management is very very poor and not organized, no team work at all.

This clinic holds the record for the longest waiting times in the country. You will arrive at the clinic at 7.30 and be seen to at 13.30..I am not even joking. No one will inform you why are they working at a snails pace, you just sit there and wait. You begin by queuing for your file. Then u go to another queue and then u go to yet another queue..This clinic staff need in-service training on time management skills.

Poor service since 8:00 we didn't get help 2 hours 30 min the nurses come with lame reasons to make u wait... Danville clinic needs wake up call or else
