5 star to a 1 star. Terrible receiving service. Staff member telling me straight to my face that 'I lie' and not want to accept parcel because it is not on a pallet rather than being decent and point me to the what the receiving rules and regulations are. Not everyone delivers to you everyday, not everyone knows your bloody rules. Horrible.

I personally not happy about the service I received at De. Beers supply chain yesterday their card or numbers control system is totally wrong I waited for four hours to be offloaded due to that stupid numbers system please need to change it or just stop that nonsense thing

Everything in its place, very tidy, but everything happens at snail pace, lots of admin involved, the offloading part is fast

They are slow when  it comes to receiving stock

Are Debeers going to handle this or are we the people going to?

The offloading and paperwork went efficiently.
