I know in South Africa incompetency is part of the routine but for a company to be unable to train sales agents to sign someone up for accident cover that was literally so happy they they even requested a second call after the first agent messed it up is beyond me… maybe it is time to close your doors because clearly Dis-chem’s future isn’t very bright. This country can do without more incompetence. If 0 stars were possible for dischem health I would ask for -1 stars to be possible

For the better part of the past year it has been an uphill battle to buy 'Zinc & Castor Oil Ointment' at Dischem. I finally resorted to their subsidiary, Baby City, ordered the maximum quantity that the system permits, which is 6. Paid for a click & collect option. Visited the store and all the Dischem stores in my immediate area. The Baby City store that I had selected said they were busy sourcing the product and I'll have it within 24 hours, assuring me that if it indicates availability online, they definitely will find the stock. I asked that if they could find 20 jars, I would take ALL! Due to the fact that my 'Account" does not show my order I decided to pop-in at the Woodlands Baby City, asked if they could check on my order on their system. They couldn't find it either...The very helpful staff got a reply from the other branch that there is no stock available and that they have requested a refund. Now it remains to be seen when requested refund will be in my bank account.... not nice. 16 March '23: seems like the refunding process works much better than the online buying or subsequent communications..

Dear Dis-Chem, are you aware that adult diapers are used by the elderly who do not earn huge salaries. So can you explain the 17.5% increase on Softi Adult pull-ups? That is an increase of R30.00 per pack. R200.00 for a pack of 14. For many pensioners it is a necessity, not a luxury. Shame on you. Amanda

Okay, this is ridiculous! The ginkgo biloba I used to buy went from 60 tablets of 290mg of powder and 60mg of leaf extract to 30 Tablets 30, 30, not 60, 30 of 200mg!!! But the price went up 20%%%% What the blazes!!! Dischem are a bunch of scam artists. Way to keep the label the same with no, we're going to rip you off warning

Broken promise after broken promise. First Dis-chem promised delivery within a certain period when I purchased my item on line as a time sensitive gift for someone. Then when they didn't do so, and I complained, they promised it would be ready for collection today. It wasn't. I am surprised they manage to even get a 2.5 star rating! Well they have lost this customer and as many folk as I can warn off trusting their delivery promises.

I really am fed up with Dischem Direct. beginning December we started for the process to get my mothers nappies authorised through Dischem Direct. A lady called Anna send us from pillar to post telling us that it is the medical aid that rejected the claim. Phone the medical aid and nothing came through on their side. Phoned Anna back but she is on lunch. Left 5 messages afterwards for her to phone me back and up till now she didn’t call back. Phoned again and ask to speak to a supervisor. Miraculously Anna came in the line. Ask her what is happening she said she is waiting on the medical aid……

i placed an online order on the 31/05/2023 to date 06/06/2023 nothing called the Jabulani Mall Branch this morning was told they'll deliver today, i noticed nothing was done round 4pm and called again a lady promised tomorrow will see, this 3 days delivery its a lie

Their clinic has a horrible service. Have been here since 09h30 for baby immunisation only to be attended at 16h00. If you think government facilities are the worst, think again. Dischem pharmacy cradlestone is the worst and only one nurse on duty for 50 people

Placed an order online on the 26 November 2022 and I am still awaiting for the order, they phone lines don't get answered and nor do my emails to enquire what is happening. Its shocking the level of service they are now providing. I cannot believe that this is the road they are going down. Highly disappointed as I was one of your loyal customers.
