Medipost Pharmacy- Gezina

I downloaded the Medipost app , chatted to a very friendly and patient person. I send her my script , she said she will mark these meds as urgent. The very next day I received all the medication. I am super impressed. Well done for such great service and the willingness to go the extra mile for the customer. I stay out in the bushes . 1 hour from the closes pharmacy. Medipost have made it so easy for me. Thank you so much.

Look I am probably not one of the easiest clients... but for heavens sake The service is $h1t !!!!!!! Mixing up medication, not processing medication and now I owe them money, lol. I have never collected medication without payment? And when you speak to them, its Im not sure mam, it not my department mam, mam don't get angry Im trying to help you..... stop helping me, close the profile and throw away my number!!!!!

I received items that I didn't ask for. When I wanted to return them, they refused and said I have to pay the R2600. Last week I received the wrong items again! I contacted them immediately, but I don't get any response.

Very bad delivery service. The courier called told me Friday my insulin will be delivered at 15h00, Still waiting, Sat I called Medi Post still waiting for their reply.... Today Sunday at 14:45 courier arrives, story is car was broken , could not call due to loadshedding my question where was insulin if she had no electricity and the list goes 0n Not happy with Medi Post couriers in Vereeniging at all. You people are supposed to consider the patient. Best Med will be hearing from me next. Very unprofessional service and not the first time.

Poor service from this lot. Scrips are being lost from doctors, even direct emails is not being recieved. The medication for patients is not being delivered and the call centre is just giving you a runaround, this will be reported to the department of health.

I would rather pay full price for my medicine than use these poeple. My medical aid stipulates that after submitting my script to Medipost a representative will call me withing 48 hours to discuss collection point. I called them after a week to hear what is going on and they said no I was meant to call them to do this. No comm from them stating this whatsoever. This service is not okay when it comes to chronic medication

Having a tough time with Medipost, I have been calling since 8am and my call just got answered at 10h44. Really irresponsible for people dealing with medication. My biggest issue is that they don't let you know if prescriptions need to be resent, totally unprofessional. My mom is 75 and there is always issues with how they manage her medication.

Medication 5 days late for the first time in 18 years. Don't know what is going on, no communication. Called 4 times since Friday when chronic medication was already finished, but without any success. Now all of a sudden it is tomorrow. Hope really it is tomorrow. What kind of health care is this???!!! Or do they want to care if something bad is happening???

Great service! They always deliver on time and give you what you requested. Definitely recommend them!

I have been sourcing my chronic medication from Medipost for a number of years already. Since I travel frequently, I normally have two or three months supply of my chronic medication. One of my boxes of Storwin 20mg tablets contained 10mg tablets, but because I only opened the box which was dispatched on the 21/10/22 today, I have been advised that Medipost are not willing to supply me with the correct dosage which I paid for. Disgusting service from Medipost!
