2 Months after my inspection and I haven't received my grading certificate yet, when I called them today I was told their system has been down the whole week - so basically they've been answering the phone the whole week to tell people "our systems are down."
Why is it you insist on community service but can't help with placements? You want people to pay their annual fees and in return you don't place interns or community service pharmacists nor even help pharmacists or assistants find jobs? Why are you the only people who have community service but you can't back the service by supplying places for interns? The community service reason was valid before but now it's not. It's a shame the people that are not placed you still ask for money every year for their names to be kept in your books.
Customer service is absolutely below standard! The parties responsible for the CPDs' competence need to be revised. In general my experience with the SAPC has been awful and as per other reviews, is causing the SAPC to have a bad reputation!
If there was 0 stars I would have given irt. The south african pharmacy council is just turning a blind eye for pharmacies giving schedule 6 pethidene over the counter without prescriptions. Ons pharmacy gave an addict 120 ampules and I reported it and nothing happen. How many lives do they want to be lost due to overdose and addiction?
Been waiting 18 working days for a request, after initially informed it will take 5-7 working days, then 7-14 working days. Every now and then you will get someone that does a great job, sad that the majority just brings down their reputation.
Useless, take too long to answer calls and they will hang up on you when they answer.
I have been contacting the council requesting my registration certificate,, I called, sent emails, wrote on the website but nothing is happening. I am out of options now. The sad part is dat I can't write my assessments without this certificate.
Why do we pay these SAPC fees if the customer service is unchanged?
When you phone pharmacy council for assistance with your pharmacy related issues, you should ensure you are seated with a beverage because you have a long wait ahead before someone answers you.
SAPC have ZERO communication skills ! Be prepared for a long frustrating experience,
