The South African Pharmacy Council uses Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn and Instagram to keep people informed about the services that we provide, including the outcomes of Council resolutions and other key events.
We may also use online blogs to ask for views and feedback on certain topics.
Our social media sites are administered by Council staff and are generally monitored during normal office hours. They are not routinely monitored after normal working hours.
While you are free to use our social media platform to alert us to service challenges or to complain, we will contact you through traditional means to formalise your service delivery challenge or complaint. Our customer care centre can be reached on 086 172 7200 or by email at [email protected] or, alternatively, you can lodge a complaint through our website: www.sapc.za.org
