Very welcoming and positive pharmacy. Being a regular customer, you feel valued. Based on being unable to collect my prescriptions, they can deliver your prescriptions for you given an explanation of circumstances. They are, again, very kind and helpful, and their prices are quite reasonable compared to other pharmacies. Overall, a very good quality pharmacy!

Adam was amazing this morning. He went above and beyond to help me when I was trying to find a medicine that every other pharmacy I'd tried had run out of or immediately said they didn't have without checking what I needed. He offered to print off a copy of the electronic prescription to make it easier for me at other pharmacies. Star Pharmacy actually had the medicine I needed and Adam made sure it was all properly mixed ready to be given. Amazing service.

My partner and I were visiting from Scotland and required medication for a kidney infection. Two male members of staff were so welcoming and friendly towards us. They got a doctor on the phone in order to prescribe us the appropriate medication. Fantastic service from these guys as the facility wasn’t even open that day- they just happened to be in the shop for a refurbishment.

Really friendly warm staff, and we managed to get a prescription here that was out of stock in many other places! Fast service, and they were kind enough to let me send details over email as via phone it was unclear. Thank you very much Adam!! Highly recommended

The staff here are attentive, kind and caring. Great survices and extremely easy to talk to. All advice to from this chemist can be trusted an held in high regard. This will be my pharmacy for many years to come. Adam especially has been a great help and comfort knowing they are always there to help.

My uncle came from Scotland and he needed a new chemist for his medication. I tried many pharmacies in and around London and they were all useless. My friend then mentioned Star Pharmacy and what can I say ! Absolute superstars!!! The pharmacist and the team were so welcoming, knowledgeable and super friendly and easy to speak to. I am enormously appreciative to all the staff at Star Pharmacy for playing such a vital role in the community. They are always there to give medicines or advice to myself or my baby. I have the Star team to thank for diagnosing my hypothyroidism: I would never have had blood tests if it hadn't been for the Star team, who recommended that I test for thyroid problems at a time when nobody else had any idea that might be an issue. Independent pharmacies provide a personal service, Star is run by people who care, and I'm very grateful to them all!

Great location, and the staff are great. They dispense helpful advice in lieu of a GP or supplementing one, and are always really friendly. Prices are fair, and they are well stocked. Would 100% recommend if you need a pharmacy in Victoria/Westminster.

My wife had a very bad cold and she needed some medical relief. It is Boxing Day in London and we could not find an open pharmacy. Even though the Star Pharmacy was also closed, Adam the manager, still helped us find what my wife required. He was very knowledgeable about all the medications in the store. We are much appreciative of Adam’s customer service and kindness. Would definitely go here again.

I cannot recommend Star Pharmacy enough. Adam went out of his way to help us when my mom-in-law's prescription ran out and we needed something urgently. After approaching different pharmacies without any luck, Adam was swift to respond until the issue was sorted. Absolute brilliant service and customer care!
