We have been buying from this pharmacy since 2016. Their service is supper good. The stuff is friendly and the treat us very good. we recommend any company to visit this pharmacy for assistance.

Friendly staff. They do not always have the product one is looking for in stock.

They use to be very reliable. But recent, you phone for your monthly meds at 10h00 the morning. By 16h30 the afternoon still not delivered. When you follow up they tell you it is not even made-up yet. Not to mention not sending everything requested.  They are the only big Pharmacy  in the area and understand  they get busy.  6 hours plus is a bit much. But it is not the first time and it is getting worse, hope things can improve.

My 1st time experience in this Pharmacy was good and the lady quiet hellpful;but my 2nd experience was nothing near good,I explained to the Pharmacist my situation and it seem like she wanted to help but she quickly judged me and ranked me with people who come there to do some funny business.Mind you I was there to get medicine for my newborn baby who in pain and we had recently added him on the Medical Aidwhich I had emailed her the proof from Medical Aid upon request  But I ended up driving 18km to Pharmacy where I knew the Pharmacist would helped without judging and ranking.

I understand your delivery fee has gone up since a long time ago now already. But still shows R10 here on the maps services information. Just letting you know.   Also, can you please provide me with an Email for delivery orders. I don't always have airtime to phone.

WORST customer service ever from Sello who answers the phone !!!! when you’d like to place a order for delivery has no telephone Etiquette she is rude and does not give you a chance to finish speaking asking for change amount before evening confirming the price of the product !!! this is not the first time i left it the first time but you guys should seriously train your personal !!!! when i phone back to cancel the order i had to call 4 times as the phone was being dropped in my ear as another personnel member answers the phone i inform her about the service just to get a response as okay that’s fine not a how can we assist of you will speak to her !! just rude !!!!! I hope your management sees this review !!! your customers should come first we deserve to be treated with respect!!! I won’t be supporting this local pharmacy any longer don’t waste your time they don’t care about their clients!!! train your staff please !!!

I have always received the best service from Kramers and the staff are always helpful, even under difficult circumstances such as when they are extremely busy and during lockdown.  I can highly recommend this pharmacy and their delivery is also excellent.

Kramers has been my pharmacy of choice, but kramers can happily dissappear overnight, wouldnt miss their poor srvice, their rudeness and non understanding. Take your medicine and put it where the sun dont shine. Im sure medipost  or any other pharmacy would appreciate the way you treat your customers

They will go the extra mile for you.
