You will not regret having Dr Carolissen as your doctor. Definitely the best in Paarl/Wellington. We had a few scares and he took every extra measure of precaution every time. He checks in every day when you are admitted. Most days twice a day. Every step of the c- section was a breeze. Didn’t feel the epidural. Baby was delivered quick and healthy.
