Dr Francke I just want to thank you for going the extra mile when you assisted my son with his fractured arm. You made contact with the Specialist directly and the Medical Aid without me having to call them, thanks to Carmen also for your helpfulness. You assisted my wife a few days ago and delivered exceptional service to her as well. Your love, empathy, passion and dedication for your patience makes you one of a kind. I will definitely recommend you to anyone as you are a great doctor, keep up the good work.
Nothing wrong with the doctors just the receptionists are terrible they never get my appointment correct then they want squeeze you in not at your usual doctor. They say no for everything something mus happen.
This practice works on appointment, as well as see walk in patients. Every doctor will take up to about 8 appointments per day and then in between sees walk in patients. Thus sometimes it may appear that someone who came in later than you are helped faster - that would be someone who had an appointment. Appointments has to be made at the latest the day before otherwise someone can just sit outside and phone and ask to make an appointment and squeeze in before other people waiting. If you request to see a specific doctor, that may mean that you wait longer if that doctor is busier. If you wait too long, you may ask the receptionists to move you to another doctor who maybe be able to help you faster.
I love this practice, Dr De Villiers is so professional and patient. He has answers for all the questions I usually have, I would recommend him any day.
Very friendly staff, and doctors know what they doing
This is the most professional health services that i know. You always receives the best care. Please book an appointment to reduce waiting. It is not a first come first serve establishment to my knowledge.
I'm literally siting here at the practice right now... I don't want to seem like one of those people that always complain about skin tone, but I witnessed someone who entered way after we've been here, get to to see the doctor before us... I'm assuming it's because of the colour of their skin, since I'm assuming the practice works on a first come first serve basis. If it was an appointment, then I'm taking my word back, and appologise for the misconception... but if it was a deliberate act, then I'm disgusted.
I have a very bad experience with this practice, I would never recommend it to anyone. The receptionist are shockingly cheeky and the communication is very poor.
They are so slow with the service u will be sitting for more than 3 hours just to be helped
