Today was my 1st experience with Dr F Madzivhe, I have never encountered such a kind, understanding Doctor who makes you feel so comfortable and Greets you with a smile. Everything was effortless and easy, The reception was also very kind & professional. I would recommend her to anyone.

I have a problem with front desc. medical receptionists that hang up on my hear mid conversation. I dont know if the Dr is aware but such unprofessionalism will bring the doctors good reputation to nothing.

I took my seven months old son. I was greeted and checked in promptly by friendly staff at the front desk, and the wait time to be seen was minimal. Dr F Madzivhe took the time to go over all aspects of my son's health in detail, and made the necessary recommendations for improving his current health. She is knowledgeable, concerned and compassionate.

Worst practice in pretoria north! Poor service and no regard for patients. Dr kept saying she is on her way n we waited for 2hrs hours and still nothing. It's the last place you want to go no matter how desperate you are.

For some it's a career and for some it's a calling. For this woman it is definitely a calling. You were called to heal the nation makhadzi. When I went into her surgery I was literally dying of pain and I was so scared that it was the end of me. When she explained what I was going through she did it with so much calm ,making sure I understand every word she uttered. I cannot thank you enough Dokotela. You will be my Doctor until I move back to Kwa-Zulu or until I depart planet earth. Continue treating us with care and love.
