Dr. Manamela takes her time to answer all your questions. She will give you all the time you need. She's a very good doctor. I was introduced by a friend three years ago 2015-2018 and me and my family fell in love with her.

The receptionist that was on duty on the 30th of June 2021 @ 10:15 is completely rude and unwelcoming. I called the day before and she was rude over the phone but said that I have an appointment at 10:30. When I arrived on the said date she didn't stop using her cellphone. She didn't greet back. She told me to my fave that I was lying and that there are no appointments ever made. I was never offered any help and I walked away from the practice simply because of her rudeness. It felt like she hated the fact that people walk into the practice. She is completely ill-suited for the front desk. Terrible.

I've been with this doctor for years with no complaints but today the lady I received at the front desk deserved a zero star rating. The attitude was out of this world, there was no communicationunless I went in to ask, she asked me to wait outsideand she'd call me but everyone else waited inside. If the face of the practice pitches with such unpleasant and unprofessional attitude, people won't experience how good the doctor is.

She is a good and thoroughly doctor, but her receptionist is the worst I've ever experienced. She is rude and impatient. Disregards the fact that you're not feeling well. That receptionist could easily be the reason I stop going to that doctor.

Good morning Dr Manamela.. I'm reading all this reviews but is there a resolution with regards to your staff that is not empathic to you patients....your response are evasive and offer not any solution. Unless I'm wrong.All these reviews has made me look somewhere else for another doctor. Sorry.

Terrible! Went to their testing station a week ago and had a pleasant experience under the circumstances. Did not have a hard copy of the refferal letter with me today or last week, yet today I am being told to go print it out,"or must we send your phone to the lab?" Drive 35 km to this practice cause I know what service to expect and then their client service standards have changed, in a week. You cannot learn professionalism or compasion in any school or university. Refrain from using this testing station as they are clearly overworked and need rest to treat clients with respect and compassion.

What a wonderful and friendly doctor. She do her work with pride and dignity. But ish! Her receptionist known as Melanie Is failing her. She's unprofessional over the phone.

Terrible the service is shocking. They refused to do pre outhorisation the Monday thru our private medical aid CAMAF as their offices was already closed. And demanded we pay cash. This seems to be unfair and unprofessional seeing we have a medical aid. Makes me wonder what type of service they offer all the other clients.

The Dr and her staff always so warm and welcoming... Dr is more of a heart healer and God send... Medicine is her calling honestly

My name is Given Sibiya , i consulted with the doctor and i was happy with the consultation but then the next day at work i have been feeling a bit abnormal and drowsy so i called to speak to the doctor but she refused to put me through as i needed advice on how i feel , the receptionist expected me to drive all the way from Johannesburg to Pretoria North with this condition , and when i suggested to be contacted by the doctor she still refused and told me that she is not promising that i will be contacted , so my question is why have a doctor when you cant even call to get advice on your condition .
