Dr M Heunis' Rooms

Firstly, the coloured lady receptionist is extremely rude, she fails dismally when it comes to customer service. Secondly, im not happy with the fact that my consultations are now handled by a different Dr, this without prior arrangements or consent.This has happened on two occasions already.The choice of a Dr is as right I must enjoy. He is a gud Dr, the more reason I chose his surgery. Passing patientsn onto another Dr, with unknown credentials and track record is a bummer.

Best doctor ever, delivered both my kids and will be giving birth in 2 months time for my 3rd child with him. My problem is his receptionist, she is very rude and doesnt know how to treat patients. Yes I was a bit late to see the doctor but she could have informed me in a good manner not with that stinking attitude. I prefer the Male receptionist when I go to for my consultations he is more friendly.

Dr Heunis did my c section with both my kids, will recommend hom to any parents,he is truly the best of the best!
