I was a long time patient of Dr LM Van Dalen. I phoned yesterday to make an appointment to get two crowns made, fitted and maintained by Dr Van Dalen fixed today. I will only be able to pay tomorrow. Dr Van Dalen's receptionist phoned me this morning to cancel my appointment for today as I can only pay tomorrow. I am shocked, stunned and dissapointed.
