DUMA LODGE

I have stayed there a few times, but won't stay there again. Was expected to use one plug point for the fridge, kettle and if I wanted power for my laptop. After complaining a lead was provided across the room for the kettle and laptop. Fridge was plugged in with the TV and decoder. Fridge was not plugged in and was not cold when I arrived. Had to wait for the fridge to cool down before I could place my stuff in it. The evening I could not take a proper shower as there was no hot water. Brought this to receptions attention that had a no care attitude about it.

Will never ever recommend Duma to anyone again. The ownerress needs to start treating her guest with respect and not get drunk and high and start swearing at them and once you stand up for the way she treats you she chases you away and this in the middle of the nite few minutes before the new year. Staff came to apologize for her behavior and we only got the best service from them feel sorry for them for the reviews they will be receiving not only from us but other guest she treated the same way. Seems this is a usual accuracy at the lodge

Owner of the place was very insulting and swearing at staying over clients and chased them away. Staff however was excellent and very friendly. Safety: Very safe. Food & drinks: Food was very good.

Great choice I’ve made after landing at Kruger international airport, 20 minutes drive just before it gets dark on the road to Malelane.

Only parked my car there and it upset the owners, but the manager was very friendly and helpfull. Love the look and feeling at the place.Location: 5/5

Duma has lovely luxury rooms and a great restaurant. I have had guests over for meals and they all agree. Friendly service and a bar that serves just about anything. The freeway certainly has it's chalenges, either entering or exiting Duma. That's not Duma's fault though.Rooms: 5/5

What an amazing week I had at Duma Lodge, all the staff was absolutely amazing and the owner is an absolute gem. Great place to go to for a weekend away with the significant other, I highly recommend it.Rooms: 4/5
