We phoned at an odd hour, they assisted us promptly. Nice place, put with the attached rooms, you can cleary hear your neighbours and their TV. Some more frequent pest control won't do any harm. Overall a nice place.Rooms: 3/5
Great location, rooms clean and comfortable. The staff are amazing and very helpful. Tess who greeted us, you make us very welcome, to bafana, at the bar, very friendly and efficient, a very relaxing time out!Rooms: 4/5

Very serene environment. Little ponies prancing around the property. The food was incredible! I’d definitely recommend trying the snails with the creamy sauce, we just couldn’t get enough. The portions are really big, which is always a win when the food is this good. The prices are quite reasonable for the portioning and quality of food that you get. Burger was juicy, and you could really taste that smokiness, which I love. The staff could’ve been a bit more service oriented and they were friendly enough but we did have to get up and look for the waiter a few times. Overall I’d definitely come back. Perfect for Sunday lunches with friends or family.
Great service and beautiful room, Helped us on very short notice. But we were woken up by the cleaner tugging at our door trying to come in and clean. Poor lady thought she saw a ghost when I Opened the door to ask het to leave as we have not yet woken up. But over all, very nice place to stay!
I am so desipointed in this lodge the beds was full of bed bugs. The lodge did not even respond to my email regarding this issue. So I will never stay at this lodge and will not send anybody there.Rooms: 1/5
The staff were great, the main complex with the pub and restaurant was great, the pool was clean. The rooms appeared warn, the beds not very comfortable. Several cottages did not have crockery and often did not have hot water. It is located right next to the N4. It is quite noisy in the cottages closest to the road. I do believe there was a large group the weekend before us..... Maybe they carried some of the bits around......
Food was excellent as usual. Service needs to be looked at Food & drinks: Very good
The room is just okay, it looks like they haven't cleaned under the bed for years, no white duvet on the bed only a color full duvet can't tell if it's clean, no bed side lamps, no two pin plug adapter to charge my phone, no air conditioning, only sabc 1, etv and mnet to view, no remote for tv, wifi means nothing here only half a Meg on speed test can't do anything thing with it, the pool is disgusting. Food not to bad, but also not great.
It's nice quiet place but I was very disappointed with the following: 1. They don't clean the room, if u stay there for days u end up using dirty basins and showers. There is no staff that comes and clean the charlets 2. Their microwave is old and full of rust, so I ended up eating cold food because I was scared of warming my food in a microwave full of rust. 3. They should invest in aircons, its too hot. 4. They should also buy new beds, I felt like I was sleeping in a boat. The staff is very nice and always happy to assist with your needs. The food was also nice, really enjoyed them.
