Worst branch ever. My wife bought me a Jean at this branch to find that it was a but small so I told her to return it and get a refund due to me buying it somewhere else she is now telling me that they say that there's no refund on the item they only give out gift cards?? How true is this very disappointed in this branch
Yesterday 29 June 2022 @ 15:00 I had the most bad experince in my life with Edgars Ermelo, the client services and the financial service. A cash transaction went through on my debit bank account during a power failure. Immediately the store staff including the manger of Edgars Ermelo handled me like a thief. They sent me to my bank to confirm that the transaction went through, come with a bank confirmation and bankstatement, they didn't want to or refunded the debit card transaction of let me take the stock. They made me pay for it again. I checked my bank this moring at 03:00 30 June 2022 both transaction of the same amount went through and yesterday they handled me like I am one stealing, after I payed with a debit card not buying on credit or with a bank credit card. Bad customer service ever!!!!

I was very disappointed about this thing of getting new cards telephonically, the consultant was very very weird. I end up not getting my new card.
Not a good variety of clothing. No sizes for big people. Ive been there a few times then they are "offline". Not a good selection of tekkies to choose from...not to even mention the sizes. Dissapointing experience
Waited for a consultant to check for me if he can get ties at the back l had to wait for 15 minutes up until l left when he was busy chatting away on duty
Best customer service and quality clothing for all.
It's nice place,stuff is really friendly, just wish it was bigger so we could have more brands in the store
