Always busy and a mission to enter and find parking. You rather make a reservation if you want to go to one of the restaurants for dinner or go early enough if you are a walk in.  Cinema is good. Tried the 4dx. It was clean and a good experience. Not too much of walking is done. But the place does offer more than just a Casino environment.

I have five star because it feels with lots of activities to enjoy, from the delicious meals that is served at various restaurants there to the friendly services of the staffs. It has a very big casino space, the kids have all the fun activities at the game side, adults are not left behind. The cinema gives you interesting options to enjoy your movies as VIPs, musicals are also available. Great picture locations it has beautiful water fountains, conference centres  Be warned that it is usually parked full during festive seasons, you might then have to wait in line for tables to eat or to enter some places.

The Christmas Village was a nice experience for my 4 year old daughter. Not as spectacular as a few years ago. In the undercover parking area takes a lot away from the wow, but with all this rain a great idea. Well done Emperors staff for always making it special.

Emperors Palace is a true gem. The stunning architecture and décor immediately catch your eye upon entering the casino, and the range of entertainment options available are simply unmatched. From the luxurious hotel rooms and top-notch restaurants to the thrilling casino floor and various entertainment venues, there is something for every member of the family to enjoy. The kids will love the arcade, while adults can try their luck at the slots or catch a live show. Overall, Emperors Palace is a must-visit destination for anyone looking for a one-stop-shop for top-notch entertainment. Five stars!

We watched the show Night Fever, and it was an absolute treat!! After the show we went for a few drinks at News Cafe, we had lots of fun. News cafe is just very busy that time of night at the bar area, so if you don't like crowded spaces I wouldn't suggest it.

Emperors palace was and has always been great. We had gone to see the Christmas lights but unfortunately it was fully booked so we just had dinner at Spur, then left and booked online for the light for Christmas day. If you plan on seeing the lights, book in advance because this year is it's jam packed. Spur too was packed. We had to wait in line to get a table for about 10mins but the service thereafter was great.

It was a wonderful time out with the family. There's plenty restaurants but need booking to ensure smooth dining. There's also fast food eateries if you didn't book. Games facilities, numetro cinemas and a night club. Parking is secure and the atmosphere is magnificent

Awesome place for conference, children's games, restaurants, movies and also mobile theme during festive seasons. For those who don't have access membership card the entrance fee is very reasonable. Your safety is really one of their products.  Nearby activities: There are Pawn Shops around for those who needs quick cash. Airport is about 5 minutes drive.  Safety: In my opinion it is safe as the security is vigilant by the gate and police are also deployed at the premises.  Walkability: Inside you will need to interact with security personnel rather than strangers for your safety. If using public transportation GauBus drops passengers inside the premises and if using Taxi from Joburg, Kempton Park or Boksburg it is about 5 minutes from bus stop.  Food & drinks: Plenty of restaurants and kiosks to buu from. Prices are bit high.

Spur makes the most succulent steaks ever. 3 nights in a row and the food just got better and better. The service is excellent and a manager will come to check if you are satisfied and happy with the food and waiter. Across from Spur there is an amazing Arcade "magic company " where my kids had a lot of fun. They have a new layout and new games. We did the Rider twice and it felt so real I was embarrassed that I yelled so much.

Whether you're visiting to gamble, eat, attend a show, or watch a movie, it's a great place. It does get busy when there's a show, but parking is plenty. There is a nice variety of restaurants to choose from and most within budget. The only down I have is that it's not very child friendly, there aren't a lot of activities for kids.restaurants close early except for the franchise ones.
