Wonderful as always. Lovely stay at the Grand Hotel and would definitely love to get my hand on some of the comfy bedding for home. But rather disappointed at the breakfast the next morning. Service was excellent but could have gone to wimpy for a better farmhouse breakfast Rooms: Amazing stay at the Grand Hotel Nearby activities: The experience at the snack bar by the movies was terrible. Suck rude staff and most of the people got upset one guy even stormed off
Visited on a weekend with friends and family. Even 3 small kids are with us. And for everyone it is very very great place to spend time. You have all kinds of restaurants, gaming zone, casino , kids area etc. You even have a place where you can leave your kids in the care zone and go for a movie or play in the casino. We had lunch at an Rosèttas Restaurant, the place is very good and well maintained.
I went to the movies mainly. I loved the cinema there, it's big and they even have the 4d cinema. The service was great and the place itself is beautiful. The food court offer a wide variety of dining options. Great place to have fun with partner or whole family
I spent my time at the Casino. Very enjoyable ambience. Very difficult to find technical staff to assist with Slots. Seating at Slots are NOT HEIGHT ADJUSTABLE, difficult to enjoy playing when seated LOW in front of the machines. Thus spoils the overall experience at the Casino
This facility is up to date and quality. The moment you enter you feel as if you are in a completely brand new world and all your worries disappear. This facility is a great place to distress and take a moment to spoil yourself. The only issue I have encountered was that one of the elevators weren't working and within that same are the lights were highly dim.
Always such a pleasure visiting Emperors but specifically this time. We hosted our 1st Dealer awards ceremony with 150 people at Senate 1 and 2 and WOW what an amazing event. Will recommend this venue to everyone Rooms: 5/5
Staff extremely friendly and helpful but hotel and rooms are dated and shabby. Throughout my stay I was often unable to access the internet which as a business traveller was unacceptable. Will in future be staying at alternative 5 star accommodations where service are better at more competitive prices.Service: 3/5

This was a really nice place to visit during my last day in Johannesburg South Africa. I intentionally stayed at a hotel near the airport for my last day and this place offered so much to do and was not far away. It reminds me a lot of Caesars Palace in Las Vegas in many ways, but it definitely has its own charm to it. If you want to go to the casino definitely make sure to bring your passport ahead of time otherwise you might have issues cashing out your earnings. Definitely a good spot to get some food and hang out.
