Tired and dirty looking. Bathroom equipment not functioning properly. Aircon only a fan. Inadequate lighting. Check in staff slow. Decent breakfast and clean bed. Avoid.Rooms: 2/5

Totally run down. Airconditioner not working. Shower rose broken. Basin plug broken. Poor lighting. The only positive was a good bed.

Horrible place , would not recommend My partner and I have never been to such an unbearably regrettable hospitality No extra blanket No working air conditioning system No customer care No room service Mind you we booked in a presidential suit No in-house shoes/gown No cutlery in the suit

Its a highly protected hotel and mall area in johannesburg !!! Highly recommended !!! Has a casino and all the restaurants you could find !!! good for couple family and friend and very close to airport Nearby activities: Casino and mall top class restaurants Food & drinks: A mall inside the hotel provide all the food and recreation options

I have left a rating before but without a review comment. The room was nice.... stayed on the 5th floor. However, couldn't access DSTV and also did not have coffee pods in the room. Breakfast... food was nice although not completely what I had ordered. Waited a long time for service so I ate what I received. Stayed there for New Years. Fridge didn't work, aircon didn't cool at all, tv hadn't been set so we couldn't watch anything, and finally, the phone was dead so we couldn't call reception. This was my first stay and for a four star hotel, I had hoped for a whole lot more. The tv was reported at 7:30pm when we came back from the casino. I was told IT would sort it out. At around 8 or 9 housekeeping came knocking asking if there was anything I needed. I told them about the tv and the phone. They said they would report it, but obviously didn't. I would have thought that it's part of housekeeping's tasks to check that everything works when they prepare the room for guests? Maybe management can learn from this and make some changes.

They dont have a proper working air conditioner and elevator is not working and there are no porters at service so we have to get our luggage down two floors on stairs PatheticRooms: 2/5

This is daylight robbery! Lift don’t work, some lights in room don’t work, AC don’t work! Stay away from this place!!

Had a bottle of perfume stolen out of my bag. No assistance from management . Not a word about compensation. Hotel too busy and noisy. Nearby activities: Close to airport
