I was there at 06h06 and the only time you will ever see me again is when I buy from your woolies. Coffee machine not working for mocha or hot chocolate. Cashier in shop scratching in her nose mask down. No good morning or good bye from the petrol attendant. Plus he is sick, snotting right by my window, mask underneath his nose. Did not ask for my rewards clicks card. Takes my card right out of my hands without offering to tap? Talking to the another attendant while handling my transaction almost sticking the machine into my face. No offering to clean my windscreen and it was filthy I drive a black Mazda 2. check the cameras to improve your service!
The attendant had such a poor attitude and never bothered doing his service steps and on top of that. Never bothered to greet us properly when approaching the car. The attendant was called MyBoy
This Engen has recently started stocking Woolworths products, and although a very small store compared to bigger ones, they've really tried to put in as many products to accommodate the "convenience" shopper as possible. I'm sure over time the catalogue will change. The service at tills were sufficient and the stock volumes were sufficient for a week day evening all while Covid protocols were in place from entry to exit.
New Woolworths convenient store openend a week ago. Really not so convenient and you need to adjust stock for convenient purposes. No ham slices No mozarella sticks for school lunchbox No yoghurt sticks for lunchbox Never any muffins..... I want to stop and get goodies for school... If I want to shop veggies and all other fancy stuff, I will go to a Wolies store. Please cater for the locals.
Trainee Loyiso is utterly brilliant. Truly knows the value of customer service. Promote him sooner rather than later. His potential needs to be honed. Well done.
