Absolutely disgusted with the pathetic level of customer awareness. Stood at the till for 8min, only customer in the shop, in front of the lady... She refused to even acknowledge my existence. When other people entered, she suddenly assisted me. And said the vuse refills are R145!!!!! R45 mark-up.. Really? Daylight robbery, will report you to vuse, and let the entire vuse community know where NOT to shop. Shame on you, what a disgusting operation.
Yesterday when I visited your outlet, the Total cashier had to help me since there was no steers cashier. Furthermore, they had to explain to the cook/lady how and what I wanted since she didnt seem to understand. I then waited, whilst observing the serving area being cluttered with boxes surplus drinks stock and other goods,making it look bad. I waited long for my rib burgers,and when I finally got them, the lady whom serve it to me ,which is the cleaning lady as well left her bucket and mop, just to serve me with the same hands she was cleaning the floors and surfaces with. She took het thin gloves off and touched the glove with her other hand without washing her hands. I took the food and today I have the worst stomach pain and diarrhea. I only ate your food yesterday. I am unable to work today and my body shows all these effects. I have been on the toilet since early morning. I an utterly disappointed in your brand. I will not visit, nor recommend anyone to your branches if this is how you deal with consumers. My staff got steers regularly before as lunch, however I cannot risk supporting any franchise whom gives us any health problems. Deal with this or your name will damage itself....
Very friendly and good customer service
After searching almost 15 petrol stations... they were the only one with gas. Very friendly staff.
They don't answer the phone.
Amazingly helpfull and friendly staff.
