Shell - Northpine Service Station

Was in Cape Town for a few days with the family. Stopped at Shell Northpine. Great service received, clean toilet for the kids, and their spar shop had a huge variety. Meals were great.

The people are very unfriendly and don't pay attention to customers. You end up waiting long time.

I always get great service here. The Place is always neat and clean as well. Keep it up.

Not bad experience, attendants don't always ask to check your oil and water or to check ur tire pressure or even clean your windscreen, but besides that the petrol attendants are very friendly all the time

This morning at 05:36 l put R190 petrol at Shell garage Northpine and I ran out of petrol 10km later, I'm driving the new Renault Triber 1 liter, 3 cylinder engine and there is no way I finished 9 liters in 10km, So l went back to the garage and all the petrol attendants are telling me it's my car that has the problem, my mistake was not taking the cash slip when I paid, rather the attendant who served me had to go look for it and as much as I got this slip I still GOT NO PETROL TO SHOW FOR IT AND I STRONGLY BELIEVE THAT THERE IS A WAY THESE GUYS ARE MANAGING TO PULL THIS OFF, RIGHT NOW I'M STUCK WITH NO PETROL ONLY HAVE A SLIP

I left my phone in the bathroom.. I was too fixated on washing my hands because of the worldwide epidemic at the moment.. Anyway both the managing attendant on duty and im assuming was the head supervisor or owner.. They both were kind, understanding and did not hesitate to find the culprit using their security footage. Further info would be of a discreet nature so lets leave it there and I just want to say thanks again for the help.

Separate entrance and exit. Approx 15 parking bays. Approx 8 available fuel pumps. Hot food served inside Spar Express store. Clean shaded tables to refresh during roadtrips. FnB and Absa ATMs available.

Love the new revamp of the shop, though they still lack some things. The guys working in this fuel station are great. I have always received great service here. Everyone is friendly and do not waist too much time waiting to assistance customers. There's hardly a queue
