Had a treatment in the Spa, and then dinner at Stefan’s Restaurant. Both were absolutely superb. The quality of the Spa / treatments were outstanding, and the meal was delicious. The staff in the restaurant were so lovely, especially Lupho who looked after us so well - a real asset to the team. Thank you for a wonderful experience, we’ll be back!
We ate lunch on the Oak Terrace with family visiting from overseas and we had such a pleasant experience. Excellent service from the staff, delicious food, wonderful location. We've been before and we'll be back again for sure!Service: 5/5
I went for a product launch in their conference facilities. Very neat, clean and well setup. on a separate occasion had dinner at hotel and the food is out of this world. You must try them.Service: 5/5

WARNING ! Please don't assume that your booking is secured with this establishment. Even after paying the full price in April 2022 for staying end October I was told today that they are not honoring my booking due to another "group" booking. Offering another establishment is not acceptable. Please honor your guest's bookings !!!!
Had such a great experience at Erinvale Hotel. Received such great service and warm welcome from Gloria. The resturant Magnolia Room had a peaceful ambiance and the food was delicious. I would recommend the resturant a thousand times over.

Lovely dining experience on the Oak Terrace! Love that they have the small plate menu as well as it makes it so worh it and the have a lovely variety. The mushroom risotto is the best ever and a must try!
