Got wiki deal, only got one of the treatments advertised. Had to make another appointment to get the rest of my treatments only to discover on arrival I was double booked! Had to wait 1h30min for my treatments. Unprofessional service from sue-anne. The inside of the room is so small and no directions or board showing where excalty this place is. The place looks nothing like the pictures
Was an absolute amazing experience. The two ladies were professional and knew what they were doing. ideal couples massage with a nice ambience. only disappointment is that there were no signage and got a bit lost to find the place but the owner I presume came out and found us after I gave her a call. lovely people
We made a booking 2 weeks in advance with Alicia and was confirmed by her. We arrived 20 minutes before our booking and no one was there. None of the bells work. After waiting outside for 30 minutes, I phoned Alicia who eventually answered, and said she will contact the therapists. After another 10 minutes outside int he cold, I whistled and called and eventually a therapist came down. She then did not know of our booking. After another 10 minutes waiting outside another therapist came down with the bookings book, where our names were not in. I tried phoning Alicia again only to be ignored. We then left after waiting almost an hour outside in the cold and since then have not had any communication from them. This is the worst service I have ever experienced and would not recommend anyone using Asunde day spa. When promoting your business through marketing, you should actually be able to handle the clients and provide a reasonable service. In Asunde's case, this is not even an option.
No signage for Asunda at all so we got a bit lost and parked in a random spot. We had a daddy's deal voucher we used for a full package with them. The package itself and the massage was very nice and the ladies were friendly. Only thing that is an issue is thy you can hear the radio down stairs blaring which completely threw my relaxing time off.. Trying to listen to soft music in the room with blurred "move like jagga" was not ideal.
The best massage I've had in a long time. The staff are friendly. It's so out of the way that it is relaxing. They even have a small garden to sit outside and relax in afterwards.
Very relaxing!! Ladies friendly and experienced. Recommend emailing for communication, used daddys deal voucher and got prompt feedback! Coming back soon
I called to book an appointment this morning the receptionist said she will call me back because she is busy with someone 45 minutes later I'm still waiting not a pleasant exspirience and this is just by calling customer service definitely not well, DISSAPOINTED WITHOUT EVEN GOING THERE.I definitely will not recommend people even calling
Staff friendly and experience nice,BUT, our treatment was SUPPOSE to be 75 min. we only received 60min of treatment. That was a little bit of a disappointment.
The telephone number just rings and then advises that the message box is full? No response to mails sent to request contact. How does one then make a booking - are they open for business?
Terrible communication, phone not answered, massage was ok but way shorter than advertised 1h, instead 1,5h and slightly unmotivated, also no drink offered. Disappointing.
