I used to love fabric city. They used to have everything. But now they do not have any stock of anything. It is very frustrating. The shelves are just empty. Not with fabric but with other necessities. Please could you get more stock

Incredible experience. It was my 1st time but it felt like home. Customer service was outstanding. Jenny was very helpful as I don't know much about curtain material. I would nominate her as the employer of the month- keep up the excellent service.

It was a good experience,however I didn't find what I was looking for,they definitely have a lovely range of fabrics and there setup is really good, they have good quality stuff but their items are a bit pricey.

I went to Fabric City looking for good quality suiting fabric, for which I was prepared to pay a premium price. I regret that I experienced very bad service when I sought basic professional advice and assistance. The staff I tried to speak to were rude and dismissive. When, after 15-20 minutes, one staff member came grudgingly to 'help', s/he displayed little knowledge and even less concern. I left and will not return.

5 floors of fabric nicely organized to the type that you need. Honestly the the most organized store I have come across so far in Woodstock. Top floor has all you sewing needs covered in accessories. Staff on each floor to help you with what you need although I have to say not all staff are very helpful. I asked for a specific material which they did not have and asked then for a recommendation to a store, where they referred me to one far away. When I walked out I saw there are two more beautiful fabric stores located right next to them.

Excellent service: friendly and super helpful staff. More fabrics than I have ever seen in one place at really reasonable prices. Great Find!
