CPUT Residence (City Edge)

It a good Residence for students, close to town, but is it very untidy. Alcohol bottles are everywhere and the rooms inside are not so good in terms of cleanliness.

This place was one of the worst places I've ever stayed even for the short period that I stayed. I cannot believe that they allow students to reside in such appalling conditions! The dorms that we were put in were disgusting had not even been cleaned with rubbish piling up everywhere. It has huge amounts of potential , however, as it has a pool and undercover safe parking something that is hard to find in town. It just needs a whole lot of TLC and a whole lot of fixing up. Also a LARGE amount of deep cleaning!

It's a beautiful student residence though it can do with some upgrades and renovations there and there

Very good place 4 students, because there is a place to study,computer lab u don't need to go far to get some information about ur assignments,then lastly the security is tight..

Worst place to be studying, might as well live under the bridge. Building is not even 10 years old but tell tales. Most people living in here are selfish, disrespectful and inconsiderate of others.

If I had another better option, I wouldn't stay there. This Residence is overpriced for nothing.

No human being could possibly stay here! It's very untidy! The securities are RUDE and Unfriendly

It is an okay residence that is in need of alot of maintenance.

The student residence has potential to be a great place only problem is maintaince of the building is really bad.

A good place for students to stay. Best and comfortable residence in CPUT.
